Maddy
Born and raised in the capital city of Canada, Maddy moved to Whistler after her first year of university to live the dream, ski in some “epic pow”, and discover her steeze. After Whistler, she moved to Toronto to find a career and grow up. This year, Maddy will finish her Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and receive her first $100,000 signing bonus. A former brunette, Maddy firmly believes blondes do have more fun. Interests include: fashion, dance parties, wining and dining friends, coffee, biking, summer, cheese, taking glamour shots and going on adventures.
Kayla
Kayla grew up in Winnipeg and moved to the big city in 2007 to attend school. She still holds a Manitoba driver’s license, which puzzles every bouncer and server she encounters, but promises to one day declare Ontario residency. Finishing up her Bachelor of Commerce in Retail, Kayla hopes to one day be Maddy’s boss. Kayla prefers television over movies and music over television. She is left handed and claims to be creative. Interests include: retail, fashion, popular culture, magazines in the mail, non-fiction, black pens, team sports, guitar solos, and making bad jokes.
Maddy & Kayla
Maddy and Kayla met while working at Aritzia. They no longer work there, but that should at least help to explain why they talk about it so much. Maddy and Kayla are best friends. Combined interests include: playing the tambourine, Nintendo Wii, colourful nailpolish, iChat, chicken nuggets, fake blonde hair, and thinking they are funnier than they really are.
