WWD is claiming the 80′s are back, although I’m not positive they ever left again. In any case, these voluminous skirts are making me smile. I love the poof!

Here is a do-it yourself, courtesy of the fashion section in the newspaper. Buy a cheaper pair of knee socks and simply cut off the toe, pretty simple really! They look great with flats and of course boots.
